How to book a course
To secure a place on an OISE program, please complete the online Registration Form with payment details. Alternatively, you can request a Registration Form by fax, email, or post.
Payment of fees
On receipt of the Registration Form and deposit of $300, a letter of confirmation is sent with a Statement of Fees, which should be settled at least 4 weeks before the program start date. In the case of registration less than 6 weeks before the program start date, the full amount of the cost of the program must be sent with the Registration Form. PLEASE NOTE: clients will not be allowed to start their program unless FULL PAYMENT has been received by OISE Boston. In the case of a bank transfer, clients should provide a document from the bank proving that the transfer has been requested.
Homestay address
Clients will receive details of their homestay at least 5 days before the program start date, unless they register late. This enables clients to let the hosts know their approximate time of arrival.
Late registrations
There is no latest registration date for programs, but it is advisable to register at least 1 month before the program start date.
Insurance
Clients must make sure that they organize their own travel insurance to cover medical costs while on their program and repatriation costs in the case of an accident. Evidence of insurance must be provided to OISE Boston.

Further conditions
OISE Boston acts as an intermediary between its clients and travel organizations on the one hand, and homestays on the other. Under no circumstances can it be held responsible for any delay or accident during a journey, nor can it be held responsible for any accident which may occur during the client's stay with the homestay. OISE Boston will, however, endeavor to defend the client's interests in the event of a breach of contract on the part of the travel organization or the homestay.
OISE Boston reserves the right not to allow on the program a disruptive client or a client suffering from any mental or physical disability which has not been disclosed on the Registration Form. In such cases, a full refund will be given.
Wherever it is agreed between OISE Boston and a client that it would be beneficial for the client to be moved to another OISE program, only a program of equivalent value will be offered by OISE Boston.
The brochure and price list and this web site, produced by OISE Boston, give the only information that can be referred to in the event of a disagreement between the client and OISE Boston.
